August 11-13, 2023, the largest gathering of anarchists on the East Coast met in Asheville, North Carolina. The movement promotes anti-God, anti-authority and violent philosophy and actions. Evil doings are in our backyard. In 1989, Dr. J. Royce Thomason, editor of The Voice in the Wilderness, wrote the following:
Nearly every week we read or hear about some hideous crime that stemmed from Satanic worship or other causes closely connected with Satanism. In her book "Like Lambs to the Slaughter", author Johanna Michaelson states, "A growing number of police departments across the country are holding seminars to train officers in the basics of Satanism and ritual occultism so they'll know what to look for at the scene of a crime." I can attest to her statement as recently I stayed in the home of a long time friend who is deputy sheriff of an Indiana County, and he told of much Satanic influence around his area and stated that the police systems of that county would be taking these seminars. The teacher would be an ex-Satanist who said he came out of the cult when they skinned his best friend in a Satanist ritual. As your probably know, Anton La Vey, grandmaster of the Satanists, has written The Satanic Bible and perhaps you would be interested to hear a quote from it.
"For I stand forth to challenge the wisdom of this world; to interrogate the "laws" of man and God... Before none of your printed idols do I bend in acquiescence, and he who saith "thou shalt" to me is my mortal foe!I dipped my forefinger in the watery blood of your impotent mad redeemer and write over his thorn-torn brow: "The TRUE prince of evil-the king of slaves." Behold the crucifix; what does it symbolize? Pallid incompetence hanging on a tree. There is nothing inherently sacred about moral codes...Cursed are the believers in good and evil, for they are frightened by shadow. Hate your enemies with a whole heart, and if a man smite you on one cheek, SMASH him hip and thigh, for self-preservation is the highest law. He who turns the other cheek is a cowardly dog!"
Frightening? This may be mild in comparison to what some of your children may be listening to on TV or the radio, lyrics and rock music by the gutter-scrapings of the earth, some of them being Satan worshippers; Here is a quote from a song by the rock group "Venom" which says,
